  • How is OneSource different from a CDP or enrichment tool?
OneSource is identity‑first and signal‑native. It doesn’t replace your CDP or MAP; it powers them with durable IDs, coverage, and live market context so your agents and campaigns act with precision.
  • Can I use my own models?
Yes—bring your features & scores. We preserve lineage and versioning alongside OneSource attributes.
  • How do you prevent over‑enrichment?
Policy‑based enrichment with role & region guardrails; deterministic before probabilistic; confidence thresholds per destination.
  • What data volumes do you support?
From thousands to hundreds of millions of records; bulk sync and streaming are both supported.
  • What happens if we out‑grow our audience or workflow‑run allowance?
We’ll email and Slack you at 70 % and 90 % usage. Go over your limit and we simply meter the excess at the published overage rate - no service disruption, no hidden penalties.
  • Is there a set‑up or implementation fee?
No. Onboarding, connector configuration and the first training session are included in every tier. Enterprise customers can add a paid hands‑on launch package if they need deeper white glove service or DIFM (Do-it-for-me) option.
  • If I want to keep some of my existing marketing tools while sunsetting others, how does iCustomer handle that?
iCustomer is a data‑first, composable platform where your unified audience, graphs, and agents sit in a neutral layer, while each tool is just a pluggable destination. Keep the apps you love, retire the rest; workflows and audiences keep running because they’re connected to the data layer, not hard‑wired to any single tool.
  • Is my data secure and compliant?
Yes. iCustomer is SOC 2 Type II certified, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and offers customer‑managed Snowflake for zero‑copy deployments. Enterprise customers can add single‑tenancy VPC or on‑prem Docker.
  • Can I bring my own LLM API or self‑hosted models?
Yes. iCustomer’s Custom LLM Gateway lets you plug in any OpenAI‑compatible endpoint (Anthropic, Cohere, private Ollama, etc.) or route calls to models you host in your own VPC. You keep full control of keys, usage, and data residency while the agents call your chosen model behind the same workflow node.
  • Can we start on the Basic plan and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Plans are prorated: move to Growth or Enterprise at any time and you’ll only pay the difference for the rest of the term.
  • How are Paid Social & DSP activations billed?
Activation is part of your workflow‑run meter; the actual media spend remains on your own Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Amazon or DSP invoices.
  • Are Knowledge Graph and Semantics included or add‑ons?
They’re included starting at the Growth tier. Enterprise adds zero‑copy deployment in your own Data Platform, CDW, Snowflake plus custom ontology extensions.
  • How do you define an “Audience”?
An Audience is a living set of people or companies that match a shared identity and intent. iCustomer first resolves duplicates into one canonical profile, enriches it with Open Graph signals, then groups those profiles under dynamic criteria (ICP, lifecycle stage, intent, SKU affinity, etc.). Because the Audience updates in real time, a single buyer can enter or exit as their behaviour or attributes change giving Marketing‑Ops teams a continuously accurate target list for activation and measurement.
  • What happens if we out‑grow our audience or workflow‑run allowance?
We’ll email and Slack you at 70 % / 90 % usage. Go over your limit and we simply meter the excess at the published overage rate - no service disruption, no hidden penalties.
  • How is the Reinforcement‑Learning (RL) engine priced?
The RL optimization engine is bundled into Growth and Enterprise. You only pay for the workflow runs it triggers; no separate “AI surcharge” or token bill.
  • Do I pay credits for prospecting?
No, you only pay credits for actual data enrichment. You can prospect accounts or leads from companies, google maps, github, CRM tools, web scraping, and much more - all for free. The only added detail is that your LinkedIn prospecting is capped per search. That cap increases on the Pro plan from 2,500 to 5,000 - and to 10,000 and above on Enterprise.
  • Which actions cost credits (or are free)?
As a general principle, any actions by iCustomer that clean or format data are free. Any external CRM connections or Emailers are also free (on the Pro Plan!). We only charge credits for data points where we have to pay a cost for access or use. So think company revenue, fully scraped LinkedIn profiles, phone numbers, contact research, AI, and others. Additionally, if you have your own API key for any of the data providers that we connect with (e.g - OpenAI for AI calls), then you can connect your own API key and use that action in iCustomer free of charge!
  • Where do I see my credit spend cost for a table?
Unfortunately we don’t currently support automatic table spend credit reports (we’re working on it!). However, there is one way to get higher level analytics on your runs in iCustomer at the moment: right click on a column and select “Run Info” as shown below, and you’ll get a summary of the credits spent on just that column till date.
  • What are iCustomer Credits?
ICustomer credits are the “currency” you use to purchase different data points and actions in iCustomer. The average cost of a data point or action varies depending on the provider and the data point in question. The vast majority of actions in iCustomer are either free, or cost 1-2 credits. Some data points are harder to find and just more expensive as a result - like mobile phone numbers. While Find Mobile Number starts at 2 credits, it can cost 5 (People Data Labs), 13 (Selligence), 15 (ContactOut), or even 25 (Datagma) credits depending on the provider!
  • What is my cost per credit?
Unfortunately we don’t currently support automatic table spend credit reports (we’re working on it!). However, there is one way to get higher level analytics on your runs in iCustomer at the moment: right click on a column and select “Run Info” as shown below, and you’ll get a summary of the credits spent on just that column till date.
  • How do I find the credit cost for a data point?
When you’re searching in the enrichment panel – every action has a corresponding credit cost you can see on the far right, in a green cost bubble as shown below. This green icon (or a grey one indicating free) will always indicate the cost for each action or data point.
  • Note on HTTP/API
You can connect any external data sources (e.g - Zoominfo, Cognism, 6Sense) to iCustomer via HTTP/API for free. We’re big believers in paying for the value that you get - so if you’re primarily getting that value somewhere else, keep it there!
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • Is there a set‑up or implementation fee?
