Credit Model Details

Every enrichment call that returns data costs 1 credit, regardless of how many providers the waterfall queries. If the engine tries oGraph, ReverseContact, TrestleIQ, Apollo, and PDL to find a match, you pay 1 credit. If the oGraph cache returns the result instantly, you pay 0 credits. Failed lookups that return no data consume 0 credits.
POST /v1/research is always free. It queries Firecrawl, Exa, and Tavily for web content and returns structured research results. No credits are consumed for research calls, making it ideal for account research and due diligence workflows.
When your own provider keys (X-Apollo-Api-Key, X-PDL-Api-Key) fulfill a request, the proposed charge is 0.25 credits for the orchestration, caching, and DID resolution. Your provider handles the data cost. Full details will be confirmed with final pricing.
Developer: 10 req/minute, 100/hour, 2 concurrent, 500 daily. Professional: 60 req/min, 1,000/hour, 10 concurrent, 10,000 daily (estimated). Enterprise: 300 req/min, 10,000/hour, 50 concurrent, 100,000 daily. Custom rate limits available on Enterprise.
OneSource and Audience Loop use separate credit models. OneSource charges 1 credit per hit (per contact, regardless of fields returned). Audience Loop charges 1 credit per enriched cell. Both products share the same oGraph backend, so data enriched through one is cached for the other.
