1. LinkedIn Audience Creation & Export Improvements
What’s Been Shipped
We’ve introduced major enhancements to LinkedIn audience handling, making it easier for users to create, export, and scale campaigns with confidence.
Audience Creation
Direct Match Rate Visibility: Users can now view match rates directly from the Audience page. No more guesswork—just immediate feedback on how well your uploaded audience maps to LinkedIn.
Bulk Audience Creation from Lists & Customer Pages: Whether you're building audiences from a single list or managing many customer segments, you can now batch-create audiences quickly without rework.
Export Compatibility
LinkedIn-Compatible CSV Export: CSV exports are now fully compliant with LinkedIn’s format, eliminating formatting errors and the need for manual edits before upload.
Direct Match Visibility into what percentage of audience is matched on LinkedIn 2. Redesigned Credits & Transactions View
What’s Been Shipped
We’ve rethought the entire credit experience inside iCustomer—from terminology to navigation—to give users better visibility and fewer billing questions.
Credit Modal Enhancements
Updated Credit Modal View: Now includes a detailed breakdown of your enrichment contact summary, total credits, on-hold balances, and projected credit availability.
Simplified Language: “Reserve Credits” and “Blocked Credits” have been renamed to a more intuitive “On Hold,” improving clarity for all users.
Transaction & Navigation Upgrades
Running Balance Column: Users can now see a clear transaction history with running balances, making it easier to audit usage and spot trends.
One-Click Credit Redirect: Clicking your credit balance from the sidebar now takes you straight to the Credits tab under Settings—no more hunting around.
Credit Management viability within the precision product notifications 3. Platform Performance, Upload, and UI Enhancements
What’s Been Shipped
This round of performance updates is designed to boost platform responsiveness, prevent overload during peak usage, and clean up lingering interface bugs.
Upload & Service Reliability
Row Limit on CSV Uploads: Uploads are now capped at 500 rows per file to protect service stability during enrichment-heavy periods.
Backend Rate Limiting: Throttling has been introduced on enrichment services to avoid bottlenecks during large batch processing.
UI & Filtering Fixes
Audience Page Sorting: Newest entries now appear first, helping users find recent audiences faster.
Customer Page Frontend Filtering: Filtering logic has been shifted to the frontend, dramatically improving load speed and responsiveness.
Bug Fixes
Resolved filter inconsistency on the Customer Page
Fixed checkbox selection issue during batch edits
Corrected minor UI layout issues in filter panels
