All you need to know about iCustomer Credits

Learn about iCustomer Credits and estimate how many credits you will need to run your campaigns using our credit calculator at the bottom of the page.

  • Do I pay credits for prospecting?
    No, you only pay credits for actual data enrichment. You can prospect accounts or leads from companies, google maps, github, CRM tools, web scraping, and much more - all for free. The only added detail is that your LinkedIn prospecting is capped per search. That cap increases on the Pro plan from 2,500 to 5,000 - and to 10,000 and above on Enterprise.
  • Which actions cost credits (or are free)?
    As a general principle, any actions by iCustomer that clean or format data are free. Any external CRM connections or Emailers are also free (on the Pro Plan!). We only charge credits for data points where we have to pay a cost for access or use. So think company revenue, fully scraped LinkedIn profiles, phone numbers, contact research, AI, and others. Additionally, if you have your own API key for any of the data providers that we connect with (e.g - OpenAI for AI calls), then you can connect your own API key and use that action in iCustomer free of charge!
  • Where do I see my credit spend cost for a table?
    Unfortunately we don’t currently support automatic table spend credit reports (we’re working on it!). However, there is one way to get higher level analytics on your runs in iCustomer at the moment: right click on a column and select “Run Info” as shown below, and you’ll get a summary of the credits spent on just that column till date.
  • What are iCustomer Credits?
    ICustomer credits are the “currency” you use to purchase different data points and actions in iCustomer. The average cost of a data point or action varies depending on the provider and the data point in question. The vast majority of actions in iCustomer are either free, or cost 1-2 credits. Some data points are harder to find and just more expensive as a result - like mobile phone numbers. While Find Mobile Number starts at 2 credits, it can cost 5 (People Data Labs), 13 (Selligence), 15 (ContactOut), or even 25 (Datagma) credits depending on the provider!
  • What is my cost per credit?
    Unfortunately we don’t currently support automatic table spend credit reports (we’re working on it!).   • How do I find the credit cost for a data point?
    When you’re searching in the enrichment panel – every action has a corresponding credit cost you can see on the far right, in a green cost bubble as shown below. This green icon (or a grey one indicating free) will always indicate the cost for each action or data point.
  • Note on HTTP/API
    You can connect any external data sources (e.g - Zoominfo, Cognism, 6Sense) to iCustomer via HTTP/API for free. We’re big believers in paying for the value that you get - so if you’re primarily getting that value somewhere else, keep it there!
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do you keep my data quality on auto pilot?

    We are built on purpose based models, although we are model agnostic and work with major ones: OpenAI, LLAMA 2, 3, Claude.
  • How can I get started with iCustomer?
    All users can sign up for a 30-day free trial on the Pro tier with limitations on the number of projects, dashboards, and questions they can ask.   • What is the source of your data enrichment?
    Any verifiable information on the web with time stamp i.e press release or linkedin Also we work as an aggregator across major third party data providers on a proprietary data model where data vendor errors can be mitigated with accurate hierarchy of location and relationships enabled by our universal IDs to avoid de-duplication in both downstream and upstream ever.

  • What is customer knowledge management or customer knowledge graph?
    We maintains your customer and prospect information throughout the lifecycle instead of adhoc, project approach within both your 1P, 2P & 3P data sources. That way you have a solid data foundation, also you can only maintain high quality ICP data, but also track who qualifies to be in ICP based on triggers or job changes or location changes. So all your customer information is linked as a knowledge graph including evolving changes and relationships, which is extremely valuable for dynamic segmentation and effective outreach at the right time.
  • When I integrate with my warehouse or any source system like CRM, MAP, is my data safe?
    It's the discipline of turning information into better action at any scale and in any setting. Our platform is built on a zero copy architecture, so your data is yours and do not get used to train any other model other than for your use.
